option 1 - want the studio during the day or late afternoon?

10am – noon, 1pm – 3pm or 4-6pm any day of the week OR
7pm – 9pm on a Sunday or Monday
(times can vary, contact the studio to discuss)
then the following costs apply:

    • $600 (minimum fee) for up to 15 people or less
    • $35 for each additional person
    • $300 deposit (non-refundable) required to secure time & date
    • Remaining balance due before party
    • Costs exclude nibbles & drinks
option 2 - want the studio on a week night?

7pm – 9pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, then the following costs apply:
(excludes December, the studio will remain open to the public during December, unless the entire studio is booked out - 32 seats)

    • $920 (minimum fee) for up to 23 people or less
    • $35 for each additional person
    • $300 deposit (non-refundable) required to secure time & date
    • Remaining balance due before party
    • Costs exclude nibbles & drinks
option 3 - want the studio on a Fri/Sat 7pm - 9pm?

then the following costs apply:

    • $1,440 (minimum fee) for up to 32 people or less  
    • $600 deposit (non-refundable) required to secure time & date
    • Remaining balance due before party
    • Costs include nibbles & excludes drinks 
nibbles
  • Nibbles are excluded in the costs above unless stated, but can be provided at an additional cost of $5/person, one week notice is needed
  • Nibbles consist of mixed nuts, cheeses & crackers, olives & sundried tomato mix, bread, pesto, hummus and chutney dips & a sweet treat
  • We do allow 'self-catering' which requires the supply of your own food, plates, utensils, paper towels, etc.
  • If you chose to 'self-cater' please allow to take away all rubbish with you as well
drinks
  • Drinks are excluded in the above cost and can be purchased from our in-studio bar
  • Alcoholic (wine, sparkling, beer, cider), low-alcoholic (beer, cider) and non-alcoholic (organic cola, lemonade, ginger beer, juices) options are available for purchase
  • We do not allow outside beverages to be brought into the studio (NO BYO)
  • Water is provided free of charge
things to know
  • Once you have read all of the information above and are ready to book your event, get in touch through the form below and we will send through an invoice for the deposit
  • Once we receive your deposit we will add your event to our calendar
  • We will contact you one week before the event to confirm numbers and a featured painting
  • Advise all guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled event time, so they can grab a drink, an apron & get settled in before we start painting at the scheduled event time
  • Plan for your completed paintings to be taken home with you after the session
